Features & Integrations
This page gives an overview of additional capabilities around the graphs you create in InstantProcess.
What you can do with graphs
Once you have one or more process graphs, you can use them in different ways, such as:
- Sharing diagrams with others
- Exporting graphs for use in other tools
- Embedding or presenting diagrams in documentation
The exact features available may evolve over time; this page is meant as a starting point and will be expanded as new options are added.
Sharing
You can share access to a project directly from within InstantProcess:
- Open your project
- Choose File → Share
- Select the people you want to share with from within your own tenant
For each person, you can assign a role:
- Reader – can open the project and view graphs, but cannot change them
- Writer – can view and edit the project and its graphs
We recommend to assign readers for stakeholders who only need to inspect or review processes, and writers for collaborators who help maintain or extend the graphs. Writer can also share the project with others, although only up to a writer role.
Exports
You can export the graphs from a project directly from the menu:
- Open your project
- Choose File → Export
- Select the desired format, such as PDF or SVG
